Important — How the Agreement Works
This is a combined eviction + sale service delivered by Regional Property and Legal for Landlords.
Exclusivity (Eviction Stage)
- Minimum 5 months exclusivity while eviction is being managed
- You cannot:
- Instruct another agent
- Sell privately
- Market the property elsewhere
This allows Legal for Landlords to progress the eviction properly and ensures a smooth transition into the sale
Exclusivity (Sales Stage)
- Once vacant possession is obtained and the property is listed → 8 weeks minimum exclusivity.
- No other agents or private sales allowed during this period
Ending the Agreement
- After the 8-week sales period → 28 days’ written notice required
- You cannot give notice if the property is progressing to completion
- If you accept an offer during your notice period → notice is cancelled
